She hasn't gone to the bathroom either (which means she didn't eat anytime soon, prior to me getting her)

I also have another contact. I know a guy who owns a pet store, I told him what is going on and he is going to speak to a breeder he knows to see if there is some sort of treatment I can start her on.
I was thinking of starting her on the Chytrid treatment, just in case (since she is probably wild-caught), but I don't think she could handle the treatment at this point if it is not necessary

Oh. If she's wild that could explain it. It could be stress. Not that I know much about it, but I know that holds true for most animals across the board. Take them away from their normal environment, they get stressed and a lot won't eat.

I sure hope you get some help for her. I can't believe she won't eat a nice crunchy cricket.

I have discussed this with other frog people (you add some pedialyte and water and open the frogs mouth with a credit card) and everyone agreed it would to soo stressful she may die.

Frogs are some of the only animals that can die from stress alone

Ohhhh, crazy! Perhaps best to just let her be and keep crickets in there with her, see how she does then.

Almost ALL Kassina Maculatas are wild caught because they still don't breed well in captivity (they have only been in captivity for around 6 years).
Most don't have problems adjusting, but I am certain the pet store neglected/abused her

No, I put one in, then took it out because the crickets were using this to hide in, so if she was hungry, she wouldn't get  to the crickets.
I did give her a hut for her to hide in and feel comfortable.
She doesn't have a ton in her cage because she is in a quarantine tank to keep an eye on her

Hey all.  Just wanted to let you know that I'm taking a break from this thread for awhile.  I was letting it be too big a burden on me - letting myself think I could solve all of your problems.  I still love you, but I just need to step back for awhile.  I will be back.

hey man.... "solving" isn't something we can do here.  "Supporting" is.  All this is about is a way of letting folks know that someone else knows how they feel and is with them to help them stay in the fight.

Much love to ya.  You're awesome.

I'm gonna echo Kevin here. But take care of yourself if you're feeling stressed. I've taken a few breaks from things myself so I know how you feel.

You are awesome. Thanks for all you've done for me so far.
