I'm worried for my friend. her niece and brother in law were shot in a home invasion. apparently, he should be fine, but the little girl needs all the prayers she can get.
It makes me sad to think people would do that to other people, especially a child

how's puppy? very pathetic and farty. he woke me up a couple of times last night to go out. well, this morning. i already get up at 4:30-I do not want to see 1:30 or 3:30. We'll see how he did when i get home today. if he's still sick he's going to the vet instead of the dog park. but if he's getting better we'll try rice and pumpkin till he gets back to normal and we'll poke around a regular park today instead.
sick puppy alternates between snuggling as close as possible and huffily going and sitting in the chair the opposite of the room.
edit: here's the article. i thought she was eleven. guess she was five, because that's his name

bought some vanilla creamer for work. makes getting to work a little better I'm in a funk, but i know it will pass in about a week. in the meantime, I'm trying to not let it control me and not to take it out on others.

My weekend was simple, normal and work was productive.
I've been caught up in a cycle of missing the gf way too much lately so melancholy keeps ambushing me.
Yesterday was my last visit with my therapist and the MHC. It's been nearly a year since I went to them and I'm so much better, now. There were good-bye hugs.
