I've been a member for only a few days, and I get a lot of people who just plain dislike me.

I just did two shoots today. I actually work full time as a photographer. I just have a lot of computers online.

When the models are changing, I hit my computer to entertain the world of MM and cause some Mayhem while I'm at it.

Hah!

Do I have to be a graduate to discover when crap is being touted by a graduate?

Interesting!

If YOU, a graduate of Brooks, makes b.s. arguments about what's needed to be on top, buddy... and the info is total b.s. in real world application... I, as a full time professional in one of the toughest markets in the world have all the right to tell you when your info is wrong!

Comprende?

P.S.: That doesn't mean that you are not a good (technical)  photographer... cause you are(!), but the info is still wrong...

I know you have only been here a few weeks yet you have half the forums in a tizzy. Hell you haven't even hit the Off Topic forum yet your presence is already being felt. That's quality!

He was pretty quiet for the first week or so--he had just passed 30 posts as of midnight on the 14th. Since then, of course, efforts ramped up substantially, and even with his enforced day off, he's managed to pass 200 posts. Impressive for 4 days work, though the topics are fairly repetitive.

Time will tell: is it a brief explosion, or can it be sustained?

Do you think you are special?  Is there another mod who has the balls to put Dan Hood in the brig?  I highly doubt it.

You can call someone a troll and flame them but we mere members can not.

Do I think I'm special? no not at all. Anyone could of made this post. Calling someone a troll is perfectly acceptable. I can do it, you can do it. everybody can. You can also call them an instigator, or GWC. None of these are flames. Better luck next time.

Absolutely NO FLAMING OR NAME CALLING. Mutual respect and civilized conversation is the required norm. Please keep profanity and gratuitously inflammatory language to a minimum. Personal attacks will not be tolerated on ModelMayhem.com.

I consider this a personal attack. Yet I dont know if this is a joke or not. I have seen many locked threads that were locked because someone called another out by name. This seems no different? Unless its a joke?

Just because you are called an instigator GWC doesn't mean that those words are taken lightly by Professionals in the field of Photography.  To a Professional Photographer, being called a GWC is offensive.  You should re-think your position on this, because someone may call you an asshole, and to me and many others here on MM, calling someone or being called an asshole is not offensive.  Get my meaning?

What is right for one is not right for every-one.

To be fair one should refrain from calling 'anyone' any kind of name.  Calling someone a troll or GWC is just as immature and childish as calling someone a 'penis' or an 'anus'.
