You're right, I never do.  Or least, I never notice.  As for not being handsome...at least I know how to work my camera to get a good photo.

The FBI wouldn't.  That would be for the local police and they typically work the streets.  nailing photographers that will accept sex instead of payment for a photoshoot is not going to do much for cleaning up the streets.
