Photography is just one of my many passions. I adore designing jewelry, making collages, editing and otherwise playing with photoshop,

Yoga is really great if I can force myself to do it regularly...traveling, which works well with both photography and modelling, kayaking with whales in the st. Lawrence, evesdropping on other peoples conversations and trying to figure out their life story, writing, dancing to music, eating good food, imbibing in various substances (in moderation of course) and all around rolling around in the cow pies in the pasture of life.

My first passion is music. I was a semi-professional vocalist for a little over a year. I sang for a choral society in Oklahoma City. I write lyrics, but don't know enough piano to save my life, so most go unheard...lol.

Also, I'm a pretty passionate Texas Hold 'em player. I've thought about making it on the WPT more than a few times.

I'm also a very avid writer. Erotica, short stories, and I'm working on a novel/autobiography right now. I think if my life had gone differently, I'd either be a music teacher, or an english lit professor in the making. (Hey, I'm only 21, what do you expect?) big_smile

Historian - Civil War research and collecting.

Writing - but, it's been a while since I had anything published.

Photography is the only artistic thing I have ever showed the slightest talent at.

Cooking, which I do as my full time job. However, due to arthritis and a bad back and such I am working on making photography my sole income. I am only 33 but it is all taking its toll and I think my days in the fast paced kitchens with strict deadlines are almost over.

In real life I split my time between being a recording engineer/record producer, touring musician and a research astronomer.  Astronomy was my first love in life, which led to photography but along the way I ran into music.  Strange.....

Sure. After making a living, I've got the kids first. That's quite a time-consuming passion, if you can call it that.

My first shoot was a TFML (trade for motorycle lessons). The model had a Duck Monster, somewhat in appearance like yours (except unbobbed), that she didn't know how to ride, and I taught her, and she posed for me.

I enjoy big two-wheelers myself. Got a sport tourer that I rip up the roads with. Good scotch, good beer, good wine, good books, good movies, and friends to play ball with help keep me happy and balance the insanity of the obsessive photography.

Pool (pocket billiards).
Target shooting (skeet and paper targets [shotgun and rifle]).

I think that's just about it.

I'll be the sentimental fool and say my passion is my wife and children. They take up almost all my spare time (and I love every minute of it!).

However. . . other passions include all things artsy fartsy. I collect art, especially African art. Music fanatic. I am a electronic music expert, and had a radio show on the subject for several years. Now I collect fusion music from around the world.

But unlike the talented people here. I don't play an instrument. Can't sing. Can't dance. I am really rather pathetic.

(not necessarily in this order)

music: listening constantly as well as playing guitar and singing (r.i.p. my band, voice of a secret)

dancing: house music/club dancing, swing, modern, anything but two-step and the boot-scoot boogie

tae kwon do: the patterns and especially the sparring - getting ready for a tournament in april

there are more, but these are definitely the top three.

I'm also a rock vocalist, voice-over talent and an artist/illustrator (everything from drawing, to painting, to sculpture and carving). I enjoy hiking, taiji, qigong, meditation, and love to dance.

I also enjoy customizing classic cars and have a secret desire to race mini coopers. Shhhhh.... don't tell anyone. ;-)

Hey Krista...

I also design jewelry, plus accessories, props and clothing... but as I have my designing listed on my profile, I didn't think to mention it. hehe. What kind of jewelry do you design?

I do a bit of everything... but, I've just gotten hooked on metal clay. Killer stuff!
