Writing, my true passion.
I used to write my own comic book which I was in the process of selling to Image Comics, but 2 grand was wayyyyy too low for me.

And I love to act.

Motorcyles, for the last 9 yrs, all Honda's...........

'72 CB750
'94 CBR600F2
'88 CBR1000 Hurricane
'98 VTR1000 SuperHawk (about to hit 40K)

Here is a pic of the SuperHawk (yellow) with a friends Suzuki SV1000. Since I bought it 4 yrs ago, it had went from factory '98 Red, to '00 Pearl Yellow, and finally '03 Candy Tahitian Blue. I have to thank Honda for not changing the bike bodywork for the last 5 yrs. Any year/color fits.

My first passion is horses.  I love to ride and have been riding for about 19 years now.  Horses are a great stress reliever.

Websites.  I'm disgustingly obsessed with websites.  Good thing I decided to make money from them, because before I was, I was BEGGING people to let me to make websites for them because I was suffering withdrawl.

I think it goes more than passion.

I volunteer at our observatory.  Cincinnati has the oldest professional observatory in the United States dating to 1842.  It's also a great photographic studio.

Cars cars and cars.  I have a 1984 300zx that I'm putting a rb26dett in it.  I also have a 98 civic ex that currently has a few mods and is up to 210 hp and 164 lbs/in2 of torque.  I'm doing a swap in it too with a h22a4.

Im jealous.

Eric,
thanks for the link but what i meant is that when i snowboard i push myself really hard and try to go as fast and high as possible. im just not responsible enough to limit myself on a bike... does knowing this inturn make me responsible? ha

Passion.... well I figured the best way to practice photography was to take picture of what I love... custom cars and trucks... I am the owner of http://www.ministyle.com a custom car and truck monthly magazine...

https://ministyle.com/v2/newsletter/jj.jpg

I also do Custom motorcycles... check out the work so far, this one will be ready for the Ohio Easyriders... Might need a model for the bike just after that show as it is being looked at by American Iron and Street Chopper at the show for a feature.

mine is gonna sound really strange.

firefighting.

I am the fire chief here in town and I guess you could say that I'm pretty passionate about that.

Putting out a fire is so different than photography, but very cool and rewarding.

Been a firefighter since 1974 and no plans to quit yet.

Bikes for me, too. I race a KTM-125 in the Vet Int. class and ride a well used Honda F-2 as a commuter. I also really enjoy the training that goes along with racing.

Beer and wings. But only on Tuesdays.
I live on my family farm...we've been here since 1837.  So it's upkeep is a passion.
Also cooking, and gardening (kind of obsessed with the latter, particularly).  Shooting and boating for sports.

Same with me.... in regards to music.  Results from this past weekend's show. smile

My other hobby I love is videogames Xbox, PS2, Gamecube, Dreamcast (yes I still have it.. Powerstone rocks) Also Gameboy Advanced.   Haven't gotten any of the newer systems yet as most of my money is tied up into bills, speeding tickets (such as one from this weekend). And repairs that need to be done on my jeep.

I'm scooter trash (Italjet Torpedo), although I started on large cc motos many eons ago. Now my fiancee is the official tamer of two-wheeled beasts (13 of 'em, she's got... including... yes, a Monster Dark Duc) smile  She did the Jimmy Lewis off-road course in 2005 and now she cannot be kept off the trails and dunes...

Also, I spend way too much time in my home recording studio and consider myself an amateur chef.

I used to like developing websites until my full-time job became testing web apps and I started a web-based business on the side. Now there's too much web in my life! smile

Besides photography?

First and foremost, travel... took a long time to get started, now I want to see the world.

Food, cooking, wine, single malts, entertaining.

History, culture, anthropology and teaching.

Aside from romantic relations (and photography)....guns/hunting, motorcycles, football, and the doggies. Still working on getting my dogs to ride on the motorcycle, with a gun rack on the back, on the way to a UT Longhorn football game, so I can take their picture.
