Nude Images gets more comments...
Am I even close to this assumption ? Dec 14 06 11:00 pm Link Maybe, but nudes do receive more views. Dec 14 06 11:02 pm Link So we're basically a bunch of perverts in disguise as photographer. Dec 14 06 11:04 pm Link In my port it is very much the truth... I have one nude with over 6,000 views... Make that two... Dec 14 06 11:07 pm Link look at my port ooops - sorry - I took out the nudes Dec 14 06 11:08 pm Link Huynh Photography wrote: Who's in disguise? Dec 14 06 11:09 pm Link Not even need to mention nudes. Any horrid snapshot with a woman in it in anything resembling a "sexy" pose gets 10385730858 comments like "sexy stuff girl!" and "amazing lighting and color". Put a macro of a nipple which takes the entire frame and you get even more comments. Its quite pathetic.Perhaps half the people on the site are kids looking for porno? Some are also "photographers" who really want to get a TFCD with the model in question,so they try to make an impression by brown nosing, wether the pics deserve it or not. Truth be told, half of the people on the site seem to want those pat in the back comments.Last time i left a constructive critique on a photo that had nothing but useless prasie the user deleted it instantly. I also think every photographer is a pervert =] Dec 14 06 11:14 pm Link I see a lot of people making stupid comments. I'm sure they only commented because they saw nudity. Pathetic I tell you. Dec 14 06 11:15 pm Link Nude images usually get more page views, but they don't always get more comments. Sometimes, it seems that several people are looking, but they are perhaps too self-conscious to make a public comment. I've also seen cases where nude images got less views and comments than similar images in the same portfolio that contained no nudity at all. However, these cases are the in the minority. Generally speaking, nudity usually does draw more attention, but it doesn't always draw the kind of attention one might have wanted. take care, Glen Dec 14 06 11:15 pm Link Welcome to the Internet Good morning OP You have just stepped out of your safe little world of agency modeling, and into the big bad world of internet photography. There are no rules here; a girl who is 5â 1â in 4â stiletto heals can get paid work from photographers, so can a girl who is bigger than a size 4. The typical agency rules donât apply to us anymore. Sorry about that, in just a few days your in box will be filled with silly little girls with crappy web cam photos saying they love your work, yet you need to pay 150.00 an hour to shoot them. Not to make it too complicated there are several different camps of people all colliding on this site: Agency models and photographers = work for clients and have a set of standards Artist models and photographers = work for art and the chance to be in the galleries. Amateur models and photographers = work to learn some of these guys and girls will move up and do some great work in the above categories. GWP and GWC = itâs all about the b(o)(o)bies. Welcome to our worldâ¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦.. *Flashes her boobies at OP and runs off * Dec 14 06 11:15 pm Link They do, I had nudes up for 48 hours once. I had about 250 views. Like 5 comments. I took them down, because I felt people were only looking at my nudes. Dec 14 06 11:19 pm Link It's a sad sad world. Comment if you think the photos represent a certain quality. Don't do it because they are nudes. I should say that nudes or sexy photos get a lot of page views. Some of us signed up for the free nude Photos we get to see that we can excuse them as arts. Dec 14 06 11:20 pm Link I guess some people think that if a girl poses nude, she is better than the ones that doesn't. Dec 14 06 11:22 pm Link My nude has the most views, but not the most comments. Dec 14 06 11:25 pm Link My port is about 50/50 on nudes vs. non-nudes, but it's a non-nude photo that has by far the most views and the most comments. 732 views and 37 comments for the picture of Jessie playing in the fountain in the middle of a thunderstorm. Well, it is Jessie... Dec 14 06 11:31 pm Link Iona Lynn wrote: I wanna be a n00b so Iona will flash me her b(0)(0)bies! The 18+ images have less then some of the clothed imaged because the ones with twice number of comments show action in them or are of a very well know and liked model. Dec 14 06 11:56 pm Link Glen Berry wrote: Sarah Ellis wrote: That was certainly rude. I happen to like hearing from Sarah. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for you... I don't kiss ass to anyone. Certainly not to models. Models are nothing more than just props with legs. That's all they are to me. They are just nothing more than a mannequin. If I could find me mannequins to work with, I would have used it instead of models. Dec 14 06 11:58 pm Link Personally, i look at nudes as a specific art form and some of it is definitely boardline, if not completely, p0rn styled. The male and female body are beautiful things that can be shown in so many different ways. I'm personally working with implied and swimsuits right now since nudity is not something I want to work in at all, at the moment. If done correctly, and I've seen it on MM before, some photos make you just say WOW... in a critical nice shot way.. not "...those are a nice set on her/him..." nudes always get more views cause its the internet... can't avoid it if you're posting beautiful photos of a model then having a nude right beside it. Lukers are everywhere. Dec 15 06 12:04 am Link Huynh Photography wrote: Wow. Have some Prozac & a smile, and maybe find a new line of work Dec 15 06 12:05 am Link your mom gets more comments.
