Ya Know,  we were just doing fine  moving THE THREAD  along from 3000  up with a reasonable and patterned pace of appropriate interactive informational exchange.  Shoot,  there were at last count  at least  5 count em 5  First time  Posters  who chose  THE THREAD  as their DEBUT  here with comments in the fora.

Of course we should also remember that within the last 24 hours  100s of comments were added to the thread and 10 or 12 pages.

I admit,   I am totally responsible for the demise of the site.
I called the toad a toad  and did it in the morning.
I suppose that must have ruffled the coffee of a few folks who chose then to kill off THE THREAD,  which i assume  has been done, since I can't find the thing anywhere.  Havent had that trouble for weeks.

Soooooo  I'm sure we'll get a lot of grief over resurrecting it,  but it is my hope that we can rejoin the debate over whether models who are old enough to know better should bring an escort or not.
Obviously, when I pointed out to the toad dude  that his behavior of the last 400 posts  was EXACTLY why most of us 'perv' photographers preferred not to pacify such pitifully piddling pucks or those they accompany with any type of tolerant attitude.

As I said before THE THREAD was so horrifically hijacked and murdered,
The older I get, the more I realize that Altitude is everything.

(for those who missed it you don't have to laugh and you can say I'm stupid cause its attitude.  You then become the point)

The thread was killed because it was the perv thread.

PLUS someone's head exploded in living technicolor.  It was quite a sight.   And really funny up until the implosion.

Sorry that an outsider brought it down--hopefully the idiocy can  be removed and the thread to end all threads can be brought back.

I went to check back into the thread...and it was gone!

I feel cheated...all those comments, LMAO'ing until it hurt...gone...poof...

Where do I buy the PDF copy of that thread...

Oh and not to mention (edited here...) the fact that I think I'll chuckle for the next little while if someone mentions something that is coming out in 2007...

Yeah, aren't we all.  What kills me is when "they" just make a thread disappear. No explanation, no nothing.  This is so rude.  And why would this thread disappear rather than be locked?

On the bright side, OGR, you can still post the rest of the Phallus and Ginie FLaunt Massacree here.

Yeah, probabably someone from bike week, biketober fest, Saddle Jack's Bar and Grill, the battle grounds, suck bang blow, hog wild honeys, among others, looked at the thread and thought AS's comments were degrading to their business. My guess is suck bang blow would have been the first to complain.

I have been informed that the thread will return
The concern was over the personal info of several members, myself included, being posted in the thread.
Once all that's removed it's supposed to come back.

You know..... it is an important lesson in life.
You've got to smell the roses while they are in  bloom
and youve got to photograph the models while
they are tied up in the room
and the escort has been chipped or
launched off to the moon.

I cannot forgive myself for not getting a signed autographed copy of the Phallus and Ginie Flaunt 1st edition.

Now I'll have to settle for a copy.

I am SOOOOoooooooooo   disappointed in myself for missing this once in a lifetime opportunity.

But then,   I hear they will bring it back in 2007.

The Shorts be with you.

We really need to post all the little cockle warming snippets we can remember over the next few 100 posts

I think they only removed the part of the thread that made no sense at all.

Unfortunately, that was the whole thing.

Dammit.  I was SO looking forward to visiting THE THREAD again and seeing what the latest developments were.  I'd almost decided to start getting up at 4am to see what was going on.

Alton surely has joined the list of the most entertaining posters on this board.

I followed that thread in the beginning, then rapidly got tired of it. It was already a topic that had been discussed to death in the past. Recently I've seen it hovering near the top of the list, and at over 3,000 post I was like - wow, either there is some major flame warring going on, or there are a LOT of newbies who haven't heard this topic talked to death. Soo, I've been steadily trying to ignore the thread all week, and was hoping it would die soon. Kind of glad to see it gone, and don't understand what all the fuss is about. There are plenty of others on that topic. Plenty.

What I was told is that the moderators are going through the other night's episode when Alton was posting Tyler's Whois info and removing those posts. They said as soon as that is done they'll unzone the thread. That's what I heard.

A little discussion of this on the Site Related Board. The discouraging thing about that (rather short) thread is the person who is repeatively thanking the mods for shutting down The Thread, telling all who care that she's a hypocrite and hadn't actually read it, but hated seeing it at the top of the list every day.

Such hatefulness.

;(

Escort chipper

8K USD wins it...or buy it now for 12K....hmmm. start a photog chipper fund and arrange the model meet (bring your escorts please!) .. pick somewhere central?

Then we can even try out some of those other great ideas about putting the escorts all together in a locked room and then photographing the end result....

Could be the event of .. yeah, you guessed it... 2007!

regarding our little friend, Tara.  I think I know why she looks worried.  She's hosting a make up event (See Events).  On that post your find a link to her myspace account which actually has her address listed! yow!

And SHE left on the the stronger pro-escort posts on The Thread!!!

my god!!

*edit*  I just emailed her about this..

I saw her post on a nude models thread.  So clearly the maniac in the forest didn't get to her.
