Well I've never been to One Model Place but I am on ModelLaunch frequently. I know there may be some of you who are least on another modeling website. What do you think about them compared to ModelMayhem?

Reason for this is because I've been on ML for some time now, and never have I seen so much bullshit before. I find MM much more comfortable. MM also is focused more on, oh no, ...MODELING and PHOTOGRAPHY. At ML, I see  certain regulars who feel the need to act as if they own the place, and it's a real turn off. I can't ask for serious feedback there because it took a bunch of drama to even get some constructive criticism! Not my cup of tea and definetely not worth my time! Just my beef...

Dude, have you spent any time in the forums here? You want powertrips and drama, pick a thread, any thread, read it to the end and 10 will get you 20 that someone posting made a flame or lame brain comments. See, just re-read this! smile

I find MM to be a (relatively) sane site compared to others. It is probably more professional than most. MuseCube is way too amaturish, OMP I can't quite figure out,ModelPlace is worse than MuseCube. Yes, there are quite a few interesting people on this site.

omp is better in my opinion- probably because its not free (even though i have a free account until next month) and i don't get freaks emailing me about porn all the time. gx2gmodel.com is one- netmodel.com they all suck in my opinion

Free is free, though, don't forget. You get out of things what you put into it. I have no less than 5 sites that I am a member on. I am most active here, but I still apply myself and keep up with the other sites. Why? Because I never know what might come along. And they're free, so who cares!

Every site has it's drama queens, and I've seen several on this site and ML.
But I've gotten to know some pretty cool people off both sites, too.
Gotta take the bad with the good, I guess.

I will not mention other sites but I can say this site rocks for meeting great people in the industry. I don't really expect a lot of paid work from this site but the contacts I have made and images added to my portfolio are priceless.....there are a lot of cool people on here. Even though MM has not generated a lot of paid work directly, this site has increased my income because most of the models in my portfolio have come from this site. My new portfolio (shots from the last year) is really what is getting me the extra work

I haven't gotten any work off of it, but I do like the portfolio options on solomodels.com
