http://www.topphotographyfilms.com/vide … hy-movies/ Most of these look pretty interesting. Does anybody have any to add? Feb 06 14 05:55 pm Link Eyes of Laura Mars Feb 06 14 06:02 pm Link Richard Avedon "Darkness & Light" American Masters Available on Youtube Feb 06 14 06:08 pm Link One Hour Photo ... oh um ... wait! He wasn't really a photographer! So how about some Hard Candy? Ouch! Not so good for photographers! "Strangers shouldn't talk to little girls!" Feb 06 14 06:26 pm Link Feb 06 14 06:31 pm Link Two cool ones: Guinevere A youngun' and an older photographer http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0160338/ High Art Love stuff and a cool Leica http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0139362/ Feb 06 14 06:46 pm Link Blow Up Feb 06 14 07:35 pm Link Yep, "Under Fire" with Nick Nolte, Ed Harris and Gene Hackman "Salvador" with James Woods and James Belushi "Bang Bang Club" with Ryan Phillipe and Malin Akerman "Rear Window" with Jimmy Stewart "Harrison's Flowers" "Triage" with Colin Farrell "The Problem" with Connie Nielsen I also seem to recall that there's a movie called "High Art" in which Ally Sheedy and someone else become a lesbian couple, Sheedy is a photographer with a heroin addiction. Also, "Welcome to Sarajevo"...I think the American in the film (Woody Harrelson) is a photojournalist. --Ed Feb 06 14 08:13 pm Link For a fun period piece check out Funny Face. Fred Astaire channels Richard Avedon with Audry Hepburn as his muse in a parody of the fashion photography business. Avedon was a consultant and shot the black and white fashion stills. His real muse Dovima (the lady with the elephants in the famous photo) appears as the super model. Feb 06 14 08:25 pm Link Blue Ash Film Group wrote: Great post.
