I personally try not to have the models hands around their genitals, unless its to tastefully hide them, Im trying to do art, not suggestive photography.

I believe what Henna, is really complaining about, but hasn't realized herself, is anti-bad taste.
but who decides what is bad taste or not?  one day, someone is going to come up with a working definition, of bad taste, then we can do away with all the pornography/ bill board/ zoning/ dress code- Laws. and live in a new aestetic world.
