Ummmmmmmm, how is it that you are the arbiter of what others get to shoot?  Were you elected by a board or something?  Cuz I got next.

all im saying is this cliche image has been done, and is in no way impressive.  its old and boring and since the originality is 0 , there is no aestheitc value or intrigue, just lame.

I'm all for calling out the cheesyness in photos and modeling poses.
However that pose is such a classic I don't think we should get rid of it. With the right model, styling, hair and make up it's still sexy.
I am pro panty-tuck.

So grab a camera and start adding some new imagination to photography.

I hate crap....uh...I mean rap music.....but it will be around until people stop listening to it......photos like you are talking about will be around until people stop paying any attention to it.

Ummmmmmm......all images have been done in some way.  And I could just as easily say that henna on people for whom it is not their culture is a cliche.  Or at least very 90's.

antagonizing something based on culture or race is considered discrimination.  no worries, i dont take it seriously.

look, to end it all, cliche or not, its a difference of preference.  i personally, find it all boring in a soft core porn sorta way.  its been done so many times, but hey, whatever.

Oh wow honey.  Dial that rhetoric back a bit and try again.
And since you've just admitted that it's a difference of preference, again I ask "who made you the arbiter of what other people shoot?"

I'm tired of photographs, they're entirely too cliche.  So is posting threads on the internets about photography en masse, it's soooooo overdone.   I mean, do something different people!  All I see here in the forums is people gobbing on endlessly about "photographs this" and "models that".. I'M SICK OF IT!  It's SOOOOO cliche!  I mean, the whole modeling thing.. give - it - up!

(File this in the "everything is cliche" category)

o "honey, sweetie, sugar" i never demanded anything, you know you dont have to shoot or not based on someone else's opinion.  just cuz i request people stop (in a commentary sorta way) doesnt dictate anything.  so defend the soft core all you want and do it more than that, its fine, its your thing and i may not like it, but thats my deal.

Yeah you're right...it's a total cliche.  Not like painting faux hindi symbols on people with henna...Nobody's ever done that before.

*end sarcasm*

Honey bunches of oats, when did I ever say that you "demanded" anything?  What I was asking you, which you still have not answered, is how come you felt it was your right to "request" that people stop doing things that you don't like?  It was kinda simple.  And I also wanted to know if you had been elected to your position, because if so, I would love to run when the next election comes up.  Kisses, suga lips.
