I love all the arts. I like to dance, sketch, paint, dabble in photography, and write poetry. I'm a licensed make-up artist and would love to have more oppertunity to use my talents in this field. If I had a better voice, I'd like to sing more, but since I don't I just write the songs.

I love to dance as and I'm also a poet. In addition, I enjoy composing, song writing, and singing. Playing sports is an art as well... (in my opinion) big_smile I play tennis and badminton.

I cook.

Being a working parent, my specialty these days are creating new and interesting presentations out of leftovers... some would find this amusing.

All of the arts... I write, sketch, paint, cook, dance, sing... hell, I even play the banjo.  That, and I date a rock star... I'm one sexy bitch.

I'm into basketweaving and eating.  They both take talent.  Really!

Seriously, I write as well.  Very badly I might add, though my work seems to have a certain appeal to some rather uncouth, tasteless individuals who enjoy such tawdry nonsense.  I've drawn all of my life and still do some charcoal work occasionally.  For a number of years, I played the trumpet.  Jazz and classical.  I intend to pick it back up one of these days, if only for personal enjoyment.

Incidentally, I've been asked to decorate a condo or two.  Takes talent to do it well, that's for sure...

This one isn't an opening act. smile  That's why I don't use him as a model for online pics.

Not saying he is, but we were opening acts for "big bands" in the 80s, but were "headliners" on our own at the clubs.
Been to Jovi's house for parties, Skidrow, Cinderella...etc.

And besides...in today's day and era......it takes 5 bands to play in one bill to fill an arena....so everyone's an opener..unless you are the only band playing in a coffee house.
Only the Greats can fill up an arena without 7 bands under them.

They all do it now days....even GreenDay, Fuel, Zombie....they need 6 other bands to be under them...........

Unless your b/f is jovi, or motley, or a 70s, its no big deal to be an "opener"

Boy...now its turning into a "status" situation, isnt it?

Seems like so many people write poetry...how about add something to this tread as well:

https://www.modelmayhem.com/posts.php?thread_id=38877

--------------------------------

I write as often as I can and used to paint/dram too.

Of course I have done short films and looking forward to make my first full lenght/full production one next year (hopefully).

I used to write little pieces for Piano in classical style as well.

Cheers

I DJ (though I can agree that sometimes calling it "art" is pushing it), and have a black belt in taekwondo, though I'm a few months out of practice. I also do non-photographic art (it's all viewable at http://www.sponge-studio.com). Trying to satisfy all these muses is difficult at times, trying to be a renaissance man, and not wanting to give up any of them.

I used to play Violin and guitar (not at the same time). Am a professional Magician, have done stage comedy and impressions, and was in the computer field for almost 30 years ( I started with the old TRS-80's - way before the PC's and Mac's). Managed an all female sweet rock band back in the 70's.

I cook, and also write some fiction. I am still trying to finish a Sci-Fi novel I started awhile back.

I am a musician (Bass, Guitar, Tin Whistle/Flute, Mandolin, and Drums) I also draw and paint (although I do not do that much any more). How much actual talent I have in these endevours (with the exception of the bass and drawing, in which I am fairly proficient) is a matter of debate, but I do love it all!
