You liked my post so much you replied to it two different times? lol If you think the photographers with the REALLY good work arent using a ton of photoshop, you dont know photography. I can guarantee you they hardly look like that off the camera. Everythig from boosting colors, contrast, saturation, shadows and highlights, skin softening techniques etc....I would never change my style to appeal to more females because they dont pay to look at sexy pics online. I am not really complaining, there are only a handful of models I would shoot on this site anways as most are too fashion and beauty for my taste to begin with. I was just making an oberservation. There are some photographers with great work that use little to no photoshop.( Including one on Catriona's list) Also, not every model is a hideous beast that needs tons of alterations done to thier photos. If fashion or beauty models don't appeal to you, I am sure they can find many other photographers to work with.

I hope the OP will compile a list in the first post so we can look at it easier and know who to look up to so we don't have to go thru so many pages and forget who was mentioned. Thanks in advance

Hey, is Question Mark a black guy? I used to see him in the OMP chat rooms all the time then a couple weeks ago there was a black guy on Howard Stern promoting his modeling agency who went by the name Question Mark. I wonder if it's the same dude. Wow, promoting your agency on howard stern, now that's sinking to an all time low.

For an example on MM, St. Tuan fotovision, and many others who have numerous published work nationally and internationally never use ps except for covers and set excessive time in pre-production to make this feasible. They set up the shots perfectly so no post-editing is considered or necessary! There are many who refuse to touch photoshop and their work is spectacular! Many of whom I would die to shoot with. However it does go both ways!

After sushi is eaten and the escort is disposed of, of course.

KARLOS MATTHEWS wrote: who do I have to sleep with to get my name on this list ? I don't mean to sound harsh, but most people here haven't really developed an eye for good photography. This is why you see photographers whose work is eye-candy getting the most mentions. People see all that color saturation and get the sense that those are the photographers who must be doing the best work. They are not looking at work from a story telling standpoint, and this is where the real world differs from the internet world. To get respect here, you take a bunch of good looking models, post them in front of a seamless in a studio, get a really good stylist, and then take the same image over and over again. That could give the false sense of good photography because the models are beautiful and there's good styling.
