If you've just started, this doesn't apply as much.  But you can participate, too.  Give us a little information and feel free to comment on how people have changed.
Here's mine..

I was eighteen and approached at work by a photographer named Harry .  I lost touch with him after the shoot.. I wasn't very interested in modeling, at the time.. And I wish I could find him now to let him know what I'm up to!
Anyway...

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v472/WyndMulysa/jess_0160_15.jpg

I waited until after the shoot.. Maybe three or four days.. To put my hair in dreadlocks.  The rest is history.

This was from my first shoot about a year and a half ago - it's still one of my favourites smile It was a portfolio shoot I did when I joined my first agency.

I think my face has changed slightly since then, and my hair is longer, but people still point it out as one of their favourite photos in my book.

19, first TFP shoot. Had a friend who is a photographer, and shot with him. My very first shoot was when I was 16 for a photography course, but I don't have any good copies of that one.

I was fortunate to have a model girlfriend who inspired me to buy my first camera.  I thought I wanted to go by Rob but have since decided against it and stuck with Shelby

Figure out a place to put your pic on the net.  Flickr, MM, your own website, wherever.  Get the URL.  Put around it.  Viola.

Go to the picture you want to post.  Right click on it and there will be a menu.  Click on Properties and then copy the "http://. . .  ."  Then in your post, put

Should come out like this:

From my very first shoot ever, on Halloween of 2004, with fetish & nude photographer Craig Morey.  They were intended to be private portraits for me and my then-boyfriend.  (I'd been a fan of Craig's for awhile.)  The makeup artist on that shoot is the one who suggested that I should be a model.

I thought she was nuts.

From 2002, my first shoot with a real model, Marion Harmon.

Homemade pinhole camera, 4x5 sheet film.

We did some IR shots as well, but I was such a nervous klutz, I forgot to put a filter on the lens. Salvaged a few but the pinholes are still my favorites from that day.
