When I went on a weight loss & fitness regeime I documented my progress with self images and posted them to a website.  A year of that was enough.  I'm not the best model I ever worked with.  I even flaked a couple of times and pulled a no-show on myself. ;^P

I don't in any way consider myself a model (I don't look that good), but I've actually been in several print publications, inclucing a national ad campaign.  Also, about three years ago, had a very small (blink and you'd miss me) speaking role in a television commercial that ran during the Tour de France.

That was all before I started to shoot in this area, and I actually found each situation very interesting and learned some lessons that I didn't realize at the time.  Don't ask a model to hold a ridiculous pose for inordinate amounts of time.  Keep yourself organized so that you don't have to repeat the same shot or series six and seven times.  Take control and the model will have an easier time placing trust in your vision.

And don't be afraid to have fun.  If you're not enjoying the process, the product will reflect it.

Sure I would get in front of the camera. I have a little experience ... see my portfolio I have some pictures I took myself....I photoshopped out the wrinkles in the sheet :^)

Of course I will only do nudes with exceptional photographers. I want all the RAW files burned to CD at the end of the shoot. I will bring an escort (can you please pay her hourly rate)

I really want to be a successful model. I'm very easy ... and not to hard to work with.

NO NUDES so pleas don't ask. I'll only do implied with "exceptional photographer" and only if it will enhace my career. I want a copy of all of the RAW files. And I want to be paid $200/hr min of 2 hours. By the way, I'm don't have any experience as a model.

Simple little question.

Would you pose for a shoot?

Yes I know all you model do it as your business, just thinking about turning the tables.

I did pose for a platonic friend when she was in her BFA Photo program at university. She was a typical broke student that was going to hire a male model for her project. She hadn't used my studio equipment or HIE film before so was going to try a test session on her self. I guess she didn't want to hire a model by the hour and mess up. I asked if she had a friend that would pose for the tests she replied she didn't think any of her friends would volunteer... I offered, and she did several sessions with me, and she never did hire a model.

If the photographer wasn't worried about his lense cracking when he shot me, yeah I wouldn't have a problem w/ it. I think its only fitting that I be a guinea pig for once.

Would and have. Every photographer should be on the other side of the lens a few times, just so he/she can appreciate the perspective from that side.  And if you shoot nudes then yes, you should model nude. Posing in an Armani suit then telling a nude model "I know how you feel over there" should be grounds for a free bitch slap.

I wouldn't ask someone to do something that I wouldn't do myself...
