I think the most money I will ever make off of photography is when I sell all my stuff (i.e. camera, lights, lenses, et cetera).

Sorry, end of my rant.

I think you may be sadly mistaken with that view of selling items for value.   The rate of depreciation on equipment today is tremendous.   Add the amount of time it takes to sell items and the loss by scam now and then.

Many items of considerable value are not easy to sell in this ever quickening pace of advancement of quality and technology.

-------A new internet model sits down to her computer to check her email on a wonderful networking site called MM.  She excitedly opens her box to reveal. . .nothing.  Alas, yet another day of disappointment.  She has sent email after email to photographer after photographer in her area, desperately in search of someone to PAY for his/her time and talent.  She so wants to build a portfolio.  She digresses to read in a forum, posted today, that a photographer is looking for work.  Should she email him????  Perhaps he's just the guy for the job.  She stops herself from getting excited.  He probably doesn't know where Kansas City is.  She signs off.--------------

I've had just about enough of being a professional photographer. I innitiated changes, but it's gonna take a little while before it's all done. I love photography but I hate being a professional photographer.

Get an Audrey,  it is better.

Just do not let Yanni near her.
Bad news.
Love my Yanni but he is already wanted in Florida.
