OMP has numerous "pinks" how come none on MM ?

Jun 25 05 10:02 pm Link the site is called MODEL MAYHEM it's not gonna be squeeky clean. and all models&photogs have the right to post what they wish.and children have nothing to do w/ this site.there's a minium age requriment (teenaged)and if your not at least 18 you can't view the nudity images. as for your children walking in the room and not wanting to tell them to walk out then just click to another page,or only look at MM when your children aren't around. I personally don't do nudity but to those who do(even pink shots)more power to them.that's their thing and this is mine.while I prefer half naked women more so then fully naked it's strictly because I love the tease.not because I wish to hide any flaws or other women wish to hide flaws.not everyone has flaws in their body as you seem to claim. and this site is not a children's site,so it really disturbs Me when I hear people make statments about children. Please do not post nudes on the forum because they are not behind the 18+ screen we have on your portfolios. While OMP does allow listing of adult perfomers, it doesn not permit samples of that explicit work wo be shown and deletes it regularly. That all said, it is the parents' repsonsibilty to monitor what their children see, not the various website owners. We allow nudes and will continue to do so. I could go into greater detail about telling your kids "to get away because 'there are naked pictures on here,'" but I can't think of any tactful way to say it. Pornography is one of the few words that can not be defined. Nobody can really put it in words what it is but they know it when they see it. To some, showing "pink" is porn and to others there is nothing objectional about it. Most of the work I do (create sculptures) requires at least partial nudity during the sculpting process. My main objective when selecting a model and selecting the pose is to minimalize the reaction to the nudity in the sculpture. I would much rather have someone look at my sculptures for what they are and how they intrepret them rather than thinking "look at the b**bs on that one". Context and perception is everything on this matter. If you choose to focus on one aspect of the picture or sculpture (such as the pink), I am sure it can be taken as porn. If the photo or sculpture has more to offer than an open leg shot, its considered art. Its up to each of us to decide which we choose to focus on. Like some people were saying earlier...OMP is annoying for a lot of models because every damn email you get is asking you to take off your shirt or your pants or something like that. I've only had one photographer do that to me here...and I think he was definitely an exception. I don't have a problem with it being here, I just don't like the crowd it attracts sometimes.
