Which reputation is worse for a photographer to have?

1. A photographer who's a known Playboy.

2. A photographer that doesn't deliver what he promises.

Pick only 1, and explain...

2 of course.....He gives EVERYONE a bad name...

#1 is harmless...sure he's a Playboy, but if you know about it how much harm could he be???

I really don't think there is a contest here. People that don't deliver suck.

So, models are more likely to shoot with a photographer that has a reputation of trying to sleep with models over a photographer who doesn't deliver on promises? Hmmm.. files away for future reference!

"PLAYBOY" is an adjective meaning a photographer who DOES sleep with his models. A GWC is a photographer who TRIES to sleep with his models. A photographer that doesn't deliver his photos is shot at midnight under a full moon.

Models are more likely to sleep with photographers that they like...or photographers that they can't afford.

If you're all of the above, does that trump?

Is it a contest at all.

Models and photographers are just people.

Not being capable of delivering, is far worse...

There are a bunch of female photogs out there,,,myself included. This male photog female model sex thing is so stereotyped. Shooting models is a job, sex has nothing to do with it.

So point number one is not appicable. Number two is the only one that makes sense.

Yeah, and being a playboy is different to sexual harassment, which I'm not sure if you were hinting at, but if you were then I think that number 2 is better.

WHAT #1 has to do with his talent as a photographer is anyone's guess.

They shall FOREVER remain nameless...but I know and have worked with a few photographers that have been labled "PlayBoys" and are legends ATLEAST in
industry, if not in their own minds. While I enjoyed the project shoots with them, they never crossed the line from professional associate into the personal...and neither did I, so that does not apply to me.

I have NEVER worked with a photographer that did not deliver what
he promised, but then I research, research, and research before I elect to
work with a photographer...and professionalism and integrity are a must with me
for PT shoots I agree to.

#1 requires MY cooperation. (Not gonna happen).
#2 requires MY sudden brain deadness. (Not gonna happen).

But generally speaking, #1 will either amuse or exasperate, #2 can kill a great
photographer's name and career.

My pick is #2.
