February 16, 2009 1:48pm I love this image ... though I'm not quite sure why, or even if it's wise to confess to that. ;) It seems almost an impertinence, and the expression of the model reinforces the sense of her being "spied upon", and what better than a rack of lingerie and a bottle of wine to enforce a sense of private space? I think what I most like is the way you make these emblems of "glamour" very unglamorous, by putting them in context (The ironing board and iron are nicely juxtaposed, though whether one should really iron lingerie I leave to the experts ... ). :D
