September 22, 2008 6:23am This really grabs me. Maybe there's this is a bit ironic, but there's a certain raw realness about this photo. It's like these elements are not supposed to be together in the same image, but they work really well. It's a strong portrait, even though we can't see through the makeup. It seems we're getting even more of the inner you. The glowing paint is a nice touch, and the intense yellow almost makes this seem vintage. I even like the redness of your eyes.
