June 26, 2008 2:36am this photograph is so claustrophobic. i think it's a fantastic shot; first i feel the heat and smell the sweat. that is the feeling i get while looking at this photograph. the way the light hits you: the brightest spot being your forearm on the floor, and then the rest of the light scattered on your forehead, and various parts of the background. it creates this really tight, claustrophobic situation, that and the sweat on your face...i think this is a really successful shot, the closeness of it, the lighting..great effect.
