It conveys a whole narrative upon your upward glance, as if you have returned "home" late and are watching the horizon for the first deadly rays ... The contast between your elaborate clothing and animalistic pose perfectly captures that air of elegant savagery that pertains to the perfect vampire portrayal. ;) The desaturated tone of the setting suits the atmosphere, as do the lichen-encrusted stones, and I do love the fact that one is very off-kilter. It makes it all the more expressionistic, only I do hope you didn't tilt it yourselves just for the shot. ;)
July 31, 2008 7:18pm This is a great pic- one of my favourites in fact (I have alot of favourites in your collection). There is a somewhat creepy edge to this one. Not one for the kids!
