May 13, 2008 3:17am I like this one because it shows you can be engaged and thoughtful. I might prefer a little less stern of a look, but I still like it. A gentle smile would work quite well with this very confident and powerful pose.
I think the shadows on the right side of your face (camera left) could be a little lighter, probably with the use of a reflector when taking the photo. Also, the crop seems to cut off your left shoulder and the top of your head a little more than necessary, giving this an odd aspect ratio. Otherwise, great shot!
