Jerry I have been in a similar situation. the model was 21 and an A cup. In fact the mother of our child.She was almost inconsolable when her images were removed from Shuttercity days past.
If you are proud of an image put it up. i totally understand certian thoughts, but there is a time and a place for dark criticism. Keep going!
