I like the lighting here, and her expression gives feeling to this image. I wouldn't have noticed the pearl earring if you didn't mention it in the description... is there some significance there?

I love the feel and lighting in this. I'm happy with the shadows, the earring still stands out. Very Flemish school!

A reflactor bouncing some light back to the model would have solved the dark shadow and loss of detail behind the model.

Left Shoulder a bit to low and and her body should line up to the lens.

Catchlight should be stronger in the eyes, they make her look a bit lifeless......... MannyD

I think this would of been a better shot using a little more light on the side where the earring is! I also think her eyes should of been more centered, not so extreme towards the camera :)
