The reflection gives us a clue to the amount of effort that went into composing this image. Sarah's profile is beautiful. We can see light between her hip and elbow.
In the foreground, we have half a dozen roses, but one is apart from the main group. Perhaps it represents a lost sibling, or is symbolic of this lady character who is making her own path in life.
