August 23, 2015 1:05pm That's the beautiful thing about art, there is no right or wrong. The fact that the photo spoke to you and made you think tells me that I did my job. Thank you.
August 22, 2015 8:56am I really love this photo. The scenery is wonderful, and I would love to,one day, do a photo shoot in a similar location. The Spanish moss gives it a much more darker and eerie vibe beyond what it would have had if not present. The emphasis on the crimson cloak centers attention on the model, and to me. tells a story. A story of life and death. Where life is lived now. And while thoughts of deaths loom over the living, and life delivers one to death, one is left to reflect on this. Wearing life as a hooded cloak to help shield them from death, but carries in hand the means to bring death. The cloak also symbolizes innocence in a way, as with Red Riding hood. And though at a time she was innocent, this little Red Riding Hood ponders heavily over mortality from what she had to witness. That is just me, and I probably got it wrong, but it is what I see from it.
