July 10, 2014 7:25am Thanks Lebo. I didn't want to go full ice cream on the hair. I tried it in the sketch stage but doing so lost the integreity of her iconic look. So I had to kind of go halvesies between ice cream general look and the flow of natural hair. But yeah, without the drips it probably would have only read as a punk rock hair do. Added a couple extra single strands in there too to pull back in some of the natural hair look and feel.
