July 29, 2007 11:15pm Once again you've captured a wonderfully subdued atmosphere. I agree that the image would have been better either without the blur tool--your model catches the eyes enough without it. Lovely composition.
July 29, 2007 8:55am I like the lighting color tone of this one, and it's off-center and rule of thirds approach. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the sides being Photoshopped or gaussian blurred, but not the stream in the center. It actually draws my eyes down the center of the picture to where the stream goes, rather that at you, the model. Also, I'd love to have seen a few bolder and more glamorous poses, looking away or at the water, or with your arms away from your body, holding up your hair, or even holding your dress up to simulate keeping it out of the water, etc. It's still a great pic, though. And great location.
