July 29, 2014 9:55pm I had a number of similar photos produced from a shoot recently, also in B&W (and usually including the whole pelvis area, which makes them difficult to use in many contexts) - very gnarly and sculpted and expressive. This is gentler, younger, but reminds us why portraits by the Old Master so often included the sitter's hands.
