The lighting blew me away when I first saw this, then things like the tonality, texture, composition, pose, and camera angle all add up to an interesting work of art. I believe that your demeanor, professionalism, distinctive appearance, and experience is causing the photographers you work with to produce some of their best stuff. I like this "suitable for framing" image, very much.
