December 01, 2012 12:30am Always measure them to see if they fit the eye, get some Duo glue and if your hands are too rough, maybe tweezers or applicators you can get cheap off ebay.
I usually place it as close to the lashline as I can and then with a small brush handle or something push on it so they hold. ^^
