Unfortunately, I shoot only nudes in my Rhode Island studio.
I do pay my inexperienced models at a cash rate for the 1st shoot of $150. plus travel expense and gift a CD of mixed nudes, implied, glamour nudes and portraits for their portfolio and personal use.
I have many local NE MM model referances listed in my MM profile.
