January 24, 2013 4:19pm I love this one Gina ... and you surely do "Glo" here as in so many! ... and it is a recent photo which is so wonderful ... I love the high key with white on white, the pose (which is hard to do and be totally relaxed as here unless you have been, as you have, in front of a camera for so long) the casual elegant hair and your absolutely straight-on (almost never seen and so fine here) continually beautiful face, lengthened as always as teens grow into young women (as every studio knows) from your earliest photos and so wonderfully so. (I have to bring this up big again in a moment, and it is the computer background for the evening, to see if I can tell from reflections in your eyes what lighting the photographer used ... but I am guessing it must be 6 or 8-ft bounce flat panels as it is so wonderfully even, yet delicately contoured in the shadows of your face, shoulder and hair. (Of course, I was a film and lighting person with a 645 Pentax system and have no real idea what can be done in Photoshop though I have 22 here!) I only know that I have never done anything like it, and am totally in love with it at the moment. Notice that even the visual removal of the slight ribbon belt at the bottom (even just the touch at the left)destroys the balance and the depth of the photograph! Truly wonderful work!
