July 10, 2012 4:03pm This is a delightful and commercially appealing image. The concept and execution is very simple but this doesn't make it any less successful. I like the tight and intimate cropping and the ground level perspective. The angle also adds interest and the model's hair flowing down the right side of her face balances the frame rather effectively. The depth of field is shallow enough to nicely blur the background and the daisy in the centre foreground really brings the image to life with it's burst of brilliant white and yellow. The attractive model's expression is quite mischievous and playful and her blue fingernails add a touch of eccentricity to the scene. The image also has a wonderfully spontaneous feel to it which certainly adds to it's appeal. Nice work!
