June 26, 2012 5:55am Always fun ... but I have a "tiny" story: I had to photograph the valedictorian of my Unionville high school class, a lovely girl of eighteen headed for an important curriculum at Princeton. After the usual studio shots, we went outside and I sat her on the bank of our croquet court and had her blow dandelions into the sunset. It was cute ... not quite as fine as this, but her mother, watching, never had a clue what that had to do with her stature and the elegance and importance of the shoot. Oh well, she got to wear my tiny photo on a pendant at Princeton.
I hadn't been there since I took my 8x10 Sinar, no less, to try and photograph Brooke Shileds just walking past their black tiger near the Library ... but stuck to the architecture as Brooke never came by!
