January 06, 2012 12:20pm I'm so jealous. I would of loved to have taken this classy and dynamic shot. I love that pose. The left arm creates an irregular heart shape on the models' torso - accentuated by her right hip with her chest forming the top part of the heart. I'm not sure if this was intentional but it's certainly noticeable. I like the way the models' right hand is positioned and the cascade of hair falling over her right shoulder perfectly balances the extended left arm. The models' expression is somewhat aloof but wonderfully engaging. She has that typical fashion model attitude and it suits this image perfectly. I admire the contrasty b&w as this makes the model 'pop' from the screen and your exposure has captured the full range of tones. The soft diffused lighting creates gentle, sculpting shadows and the completely nuetral background provides maximum separation. This is high class quality work as is the rest of your portfolio.
