December 30, 2012 7:52pm It's not often that a picture divided almost exactly in half works as a composition, but this one is wonderfully strong. To me it speaks of someone who is rejecting the world, at least for the moment, and equally (which is, of course the point) of the world that she is rejecting. It makes me hope (and believe) that the rejection will be temporary, even though at the moment the decision could go either way (because of the almost equal halves, again). Love it!
