November 21, 2015 8:02pm The hair is wonderful! The overly light eye shadow actually distracts from the image. It was part of why I clicked, personally I might have chosen a nice brown liner and some natural tones , if you wanted some blues you can add a touch just in the corner and it won't make the eyes appear smaller (if a model has delicate or "dainty" eyes I will hit it with white eye liner to make them appear more open but use a brown to line the outer part) The lip color is a great choice!
