September 25, 2006 7:12pm The lighting overpowers some of the pieces...washes out the crystal completely ..waters down the beautiful colours. Try a light tent against a dark ground. Everything will stand out in greater detail. Good try.
September 01, 2006 12:18pm This shot can be improved by putting in a color seamless background with some different lighting techniques to make the bracelet pop! You should try playing with depth of field and with different angles! Try selective focus... The best way to improve is if you look at fashion magazines and try to emulate the product shots! That's how I learned to improve and different lighting techniques. Sometimes you'll never know what you will discover! Best of luck to you!
August 27, 2006 11:17am This is a beautiful piece and a nice product shot. I wonder though if the metal would pop more if you darkend the levels a tad in photoshop.
