December 11, 2009 9:42am There are several things that could have improved this shot, and the FIRST is noticing the hair band on her wrist before ya shot :( (it's a pet peeve of mine). The light needed to be softened a bit to reduce the fall-off at her face and feet. Lastly (and most important) it's not sharp. Did you sharpen in post? Most DSLRs won't do that for you. It also helps if you shoot at smaller apertures such as 5.6 or 8. -Paul
