I very much don't like the shadow on the wall and covering the bulk of the guitar. I think a measure of split lighting, a fill on the right perhaps two stops below the main light on the left, would serve to add a tiny bit of 3dimensions to your face (though not completely nessecary) but certainly to bring some detail out in the guitar
that being said, it could work if the guitar is blocked up, if it weren't for that opposing bit of light on the top of the body, it creates an incongruous contrast.
One last suggestion would be if you were doing that sort of thing again, to move at least eight feet away from the background. This would solve the issues of having the huge dark shadow on the backdrop. The darkness of the guitar would work great in contrast with the light on your face and the white of the background if the shadow were not there.
overall, good shot, hehe. Enough to make me want to comment. ;)
