The lines around the mouth are supposed to be there.Every human has them when they smile. If you don't have them you look deformed. lines should go back in

This one is better but the shirt looks over gaussian blurred and the color looks fake.
You have over blurred her face so its lost her nose quite a bit.
the rest is ok
