The placement of the frame enhances the theme with her eyes just within frame echos some of the closed in experience of a closed space and just enough of the tub is showing to know you considered a simplification of some elements.
The only critique I can offer about this work of art is a desire to see more effort on the shoot at placing the onions and adding a third to avoid the artificiality of even numbers. Did you adjust the gama slider for this image in levels or was this as shot-I can imaging both flattening out the tonal range.
