Again lighting is harsh.
Shooting during the middle of the day or something?
Sun was above you guys or to the side.
and the photo is a bit grainy.
I would recommend to find another location to shoot these photos at or later in the day an hour or 2 before sun goes down, it's the best lighting so the light isn't so harsh.
