Assuming that I'd had the technical skill to take it in the first place, I'd do only two things in post. 1) Remove the wire in the background. 2) Remove the graffiti on the wall. I'm not sure if I agree with the comment about it being too closely cropped above her head; it does seem a mite cramped. Overall though I can criticize; I wish I could make pictures with this degree of pop.
