February 11, 2010 8:40pm I like the exposure time - blur in the water and hand and the slightly bluish color temperature.
It's a very pleasing composition.

May 21, 2009 7:40am I think this is the "HorseFeathers Fountain"...and it is so fun! I wa thinking of having a photo contest with that fountain called "Naked in the Fountain" and challenge all my Photographer friends in Hood River to Go For It...so far I haven't got around to it...maybe now I'll be inspired!
