July 06, 2009 12:15pm WOW!!! You were still handsome when you were heavy, but the transformation is mind boggling. I think it shows true character that you have no problem showing the "old" you, as well as being incredibly inspirational.

April 12, 2009 9:31pm OMG WOW!!! That is insane the progress that you've made! I've recently lost about 50 lbs, but I still have a way to go. Any tips to working out and eating healthy? Cuz I'll admit my weakness is food.
