I called it "For the Love of Blood, Money & Murder." I fucking hate the pain that all of this non-sense is causing & what I hate even more is the helplessness that I feel everyday knowing that it's still happening...over & over again...

April 12, 2007 1:29am The saddest part of any war to me is the distance between those who start it and those who live it. If war was still fought in, let's call it "The Spartan Way", where the king battle shoulder to shoulder with his soldiers, I personally don't think there would be as many senseless wars. Problem is that those in power are safely removed from the suffering, pain and anguish of the endless and disposable supply of pawns that live and fight their wars. Women, children, soldiers, PEOPLE.... Worst is when they have the audacity to say that they fight for their people. Sad part is that it happens every day, all around the world. Some wars just receive more media coverage than others, but countless, precious lives are lost daily... FOR WHAT???
July 07, 2005 2:55pm This picture brings tears to my eyes, because it speaks volumes.
I have several friends and a very close friend (my daughter's bio-father) who is serving in Iraq. The things they see and the pain they feel themselves are incredible. Many wars are simply because of money and economy, this is true.
The fact that so many people don't appreciate what our soldiers do makes me sad as well. They are not the government, they are caring individuals who truly go were they are sent to make life better if they can and to help people in need. Yet, they come home to people who spit on them and hate them for fighting for the freedom of people, both here and else were.
This war is not just overseas but every day in our very streets, and wars will continue all over the world, until one day, I pray, that we all believe in equality for all.
May 22, 2005 3:52pm I love the picture, and saddam deserves to die. I've lived in the middle east for 7 years and that bstard has terrorized the lives of innocent people for way too long. But I think america has some terrorist problems to fix in its own land(gangsters, KKK)
April 30, 2005 7:50pm Do you hate what Saddam and his cronies did to hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi's? Despite the news media's best attempts...talk to some actual soldiers...the vast majority of Iraqi's are glad we did what we did. We freed a people. If you hate America so much, unlike other countries, we don't keep you...you're free to go anywhere who will take you.
